Q. Can you take my credit card number over the phone to complete my order?
A. We would prefer that our customers complete their
order through the BuyMe buttons. Our credit card processing uses Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) which is a secure web protocol that uses 128 bit or higher
encryption technology to keep our customer's information completely safe through
the entire ordering process. In addition our credit card processing has
fraud-profiling safeguards, which uses an Address Verification Service to ensure
security.
Q. I am having a problem ordering with my credit card?
A. Since our credit card processing uses an Address
Verification Service please ensure that you are using the correct billing
address for your credit card and also the correct phone number. In some cases if
you order unsuccessfully three times our credit card system will reject (block)
that credit card for 24 hours. If this occurs you will not be able to order for
24 hours unless you use a different credit card. This is not meant to be hassle
but is for the protection of all our customers.
